LYNX Services represents the largest national organization of qualified glass installers in North America. Over 6,000 installers are LYNX Services Participants, and many more glass shops know us and utilize our services.

None of the 6,000 retail glass shop LYNX Participants are owned or operated by PGW Industries or LYNX Services. Therefore, we have no reason or need to direct glass repair or replacement work to any particular locations. We know that policyholder satisfaction is one of the most important factors in policyholder retention - honoring the policyholder's choice is the first step in delivering unsurpassed claim service.
